Description
Happy Hospitality is hiring a Training & Development Manager to lead front-of-house training across its restaurants. The role develops and improves training programs, SOPs, and operational playbooks; coaches managers and hourly employees; facilitates POS, reservation, menu, beverage, service, and compliance training; measures training effectiveness; maintains certification records; and supports recruiting and onboarding. The position requires 3–5+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, at least 2 years leading training programs in a full-service restaurant, relevant certifications, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 annually plus performance-based bonus, with health, dental, vision, paid time off, and dining discounts.
