The role designs learning journeys and ecosystems using face-to-face, digital, social, and AI-supported methods; anticipates leadership competencies; integrates AI copilots, agents, and generative solutions; uses people analytics; manages global vendors and academic partners; and promotes continuous learning and innovation. The position requires extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational development, corporate education, or leadership strategy, along with knowledge of learning platforms, people analytics, and the impact of artificial intelligence on leadership development.
