Description
Axiom Care is hiring a full-time Training and Development Specialist to assess, design, develop, deliver, coordinate, and evaluate employee training and learning initiatives. The role partners with Human Resources, Compliance, leadership, and subject matter experts to meet compliance, behavioral health, accreditation, and workforce-development needs, using instructional design, adult learning principles, learning management systems, and data-driven evaluation. The position is scheduled for full-time day shifts Monday through Friday, with travel to assigned Axiom Care locations as needed.
