Vynca is hiring a Training and Development Specialist for its Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program to design, implement, evaluate, and maintain training programs for ECM staff. The role covers onboarding, compliance and continuing education, curriculum development, training delivery, performance assessment, audits, stakeholder coordination, and quality-improvement initiatives aligned with CalAIM and Medi-Cal requirements. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, at least two years of adult education or staff-training experience, and strong instructional-design, facilitation, communication, and learning-management-system skills; the role is available in the listed states and may be performed remotely and/or in person.
