Mercado Envíos is hiring a Training Manager to lead trainers and trainees at ARBA03, diagnose training needs, manage training resources, maintain instructional materials, coach trainers, measure program impact through business KPIs, and improve the learning experience. The role requires travel between sites in the Escobar area and the Province of Buenos Aires, along with experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, negotiation, and project management; prior operations, process improvement, training, or learning and development experience is desirable.
