The Training & Launch Associate will be responsible for leading the on-the-ground rollout of new kitchen partners across the UK, ensuring they become fully operational and revenue-generating sites. The role involves traveling frequently, training teams on food preparation and brand standards, taking ownership of all aspects of launches, and collaborating with Account Managers. It's an opportunity to gain significant experience in restaurant operations and serve as a stepping stone into account management.
