CACI is hiring a full-time Training & Operations Lessons Learned Specialist to support the SCOPES Program and the USSOUTHCOM Joint Lessons Learned Program. The role collects, analyzes, validates, and integrates lessons from exercises, operations, and strategic activities; conducts operational analysis; facilitates After Action Reviews; develops guidance and directives; coordinates with Joint Staff, Service Components, Combatant Commands, and interagency partners; and prepares executive-level products. The position requires an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, relevant experience, and up to 25% local travel. The proposed salary range is $82,100-$172,400, with healthcare and other benefits mentioned.
