Berkeley Repertory Theatre is seeking a dynamic Training and Professional Programs Manager to lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of public training programs for adult learners and support the strategic expansion of youth programming. The manager will develop sequential curriculum pathways, recruit and support teaching artists, and maintain high-quality learning experiences aligned with Berkeley Rep’s artistic values. Additionally, the role involves leading Professional Development initiatives, designing and facilitating theatre-based workshops for various organizations using applied theatre practices like improvisation and Theatre of the Oppressed.
