Description
The role develops and manages employee training and quality-assurance frameworks, assesses training and quality needs, conducts workshops and learning opportunities, implements quality procedures, monitors performance, coaches employees, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and reports on program effectiveness. It requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, at least two years of experience in training and development, quality assurance, or a related technology field, strong project management and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Total Quality Management, ITIL, Six Sigma, or related certification is preferred.
