BayWa AG is hiring an Agricultural and Construction Equipment Mechatronics Technician apprentice for a 3.5-year training program starting on 01.09.2027 at the Kitzingen site in the Technology business unit. The apprentice will work on agricultural, municipal, forestry, construction, and garden technology vehicles; perform diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repairs; use diagnostic tools; operate vehicle systems; consult customers; and conduct safety checks. The role requires enthusiasm for agricultural and construction equipment, an interest in technology, hands-on aptitude, and a qualifying lower secondary or secondary school certificate.
