Description
WEPA offers a three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, starting on 01.08.2027. The trainee will assemble, maintain, repair, install, monitor, and troubleshoot electrical systems, control technology, equipment, building services, communications, and lighting in paper-machine, converting-machine, and high-bay warehouse facilities. The program combines theory and practice, with company-based work beginning in the second year. Requirements include an intermediate school-leaving certificate or higher, interest in technology and electrical engineering, teamwork, responsibility, goal orientation, and initiative. Successful completion offers strong chances of permanent employment and long-term development opportunities.
