Description
WEPA offers a three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, starting on 01.08.2027. The trainee will install, maintain, repair, monitor, and troubleshoot electrical systems, control technology, production equipment, building services, communications, and lighting technology. The program combines theory and practice, with company-based work beginning in the second year. Successful completion leads to strong chances of employment and long-term development opportunities. The training pays EUR 1,187 in the first year, EUR 1,251 in the second, EUR 1,315 in the third, and EUR 1,378 in the fourth year, with vacation, bonuses, pension support, learning resources, and travel assistance.
