Description
WEPA offers a three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship as an Industrial Mechanic for the maintenance, monitoring, repair, fault analysis, assembly, modification, and spare-parts production of paper machines and hygiene-paper production equipment. The program combines theory and practice in the first year, followed by on-the-job application, and offers retention and long-term career prospects after successful completion. The training starts on 01.08.2027, runs 3.5 years, and provides training remuneration of 1,187 EUR in the first year, 1,251 EUR in the second, 1,315 EUR in the third, and 1,378 EUR in the fourth year.
