Description
The Learning Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining platform-specific training curricula within the GMQLD operating model. The role partners with site subject matter experts, platform leads, and the Center of Excellence to ensure content is current, compliant, and aligned with manufacturing processes and the global, platform, and site content model. Responsibilities include curriculum governance, learning equivalency decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of qualification outcomes. The role requires a bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent relevant experience, at least five years of experience in a GxP-regulated environment, and expertise in learning and development, instructional design, manufacturing or quality operations, curriculum design, learning management systems, and GMP training requirements.
