Training Associate | Los Angeles at Blank Street

Blank Street is hiring a full-time Training Associate in Los Angeles to support barista and shift-lead training from onboarding through accreditation. The role includes in-store and lab training, assessments, shift-lead certifications, new-product and store-opening training, quality assessments, reporting, and development of future training coordinators. It requires at least two years of barista and training experience, regular travel between stores, strong coffee and milk-steaming expertise, and flexibility to work outside store hours, including weekends. The position reports to the Senior Training Manager and offers a $75,000–$85,000 annual base salary plus healthcare, paid leave, commuter benefits, parental leave, and other perks.
