SOCOTEC is recruiting a Business Developer in the Nancy area to develop its training business. Reporting to the center director, the role involves defining and implementing business acquisition strategies, presenting and selling training services, retaining clients, and building partnerships. The position requires at least a Bac+2 qualification, first professional experience, local business knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset, customer service orientation, agility, and professionalism. Compensation is a base salary of €32,000–€35,000 depending on profile plus a variable component tied to targets, with additional benefits including a company vehicle, bonuses, and professional development opportunities.
