Koniag IT Systems, LLC is hiring a Training/Communications Specialist in Washington, DC to support a government customer. The hybrid role requires one day onsite and a Public Trust clearance. The specialist will design, develop, deliver, and manage end-user IT training; create instructional materials, e-learning, knowledge-base content, service communications, and intranet content; administer a learning management system; and report on training and service adoption metrics. The position requires 3–5 years of enterprise IT training, instructional design, technical communications, and Section 508 compliance experience, along with proficiency in tools such as Articulate Storyline, Microsoft 365, and ITIL 4 practices.
