Description
The Onboarding and Operations Coordinator supports site manufacturing operations by coordinating new-hire and visitor onboarding, orientation logistics, training materials, access and technology provisioning, and administrative support for site leadership. The role also manages meetings, communications, project updates, action-item follow-up, and process-improvement initiatives. It is a 24-month contingent W2 contract in New Albany, Ohio, with compensation of $25–$28 per hour based on experience.
