Compass Group is hiring a full-time Training Coordinator in Brisbane CBD to support its Academy team. Reporting to the Academy Manager, the role coordinates Academy operations and delivers training programs that develop employee skills, knowledge, and confidence while meeting operational, compliance, and business objectives. The position requires training, coaching, facilitation, communication, administration, organisational, problem-solving, and workplace health and safety skills, with preferred experience in training compliance, food safety or WHS accreditation, and training across hospitality or related operations.
