Deutsche Post is hiring a Training Coordinator (Language & Operations Bridge) to coordinate and support training and operational activities across Post & Parcel workflows. The role bridges German-speaking subject-matter experts and local teams, provides German–English language support, adapts training materials, contributes to continuous-improvement projects, and advises team leads and members on process challenges. It requires a bachelor's or postgraduate degree, at least seven years of professional experience, hands-on continuous-improvement experience, strong stakeholder and communication skills, English and German fluency, and willingness to travel to Germany. The position is on-site during standard Indian business hours and includes medical insurance for the employee, spouse, and two children.
