Description
The Training Coordinator supports Intuitive Machines’ mission readiness by planning, organizing, and managing training across technical, operational, safety, security, and compliance disciplines. The role develops and maintains corporate training programs, coordinates training with cross-functional teams, manages onboarding and certification records, maintains training calendars and LMS assignments, supports audits, and continuously improves training effectiveness. It requires at least three years of experience in a people-focused function, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience in training coordination or regulated-industry operations; aerospace, ITAR/EAR, AS9100/ISO9001, LMS, and simulation experience are preferred.
