Description
The Manufacturing Training Specialist develops and implements employee training and career-development programs, assesses training needs, maintains training documentation and compliance records, coordinates mandatory and operational training, supports Workday eLearning and Articulate 360 content, and monitors training KPIs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of training experience or a four-year degree in training, and preferably three years of manufacturing experience.
