Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time Training Coordinator to support its Shared Living and Day programs in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The role designs, delivers, evaluates, and documents employee training; supports regulatory, licensing, certification, and funder compliance; facilitates training for groups of up to 20 people; and collaborates with program management, corporate training, and other stakeholders. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of training and adult-learning experience, regular travel to program locations, and the ability to obtain MANDT, First Aid, and CPR certifications. Compensation is $50,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days and other benefits.
