Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is hiring a full-time Training Coordinator in Carnegie, Pennsylvania, at $23 per hour. The role coordinates employee training compliance, onboarding, annual training, staff development, and required programs such as CPR, First Aid, CPI, and Clinical CEU training; maintains training records and compliance documentation; develops training materials; and travels to regional offices and affiliate locations. The position requires an associate or bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, 3–5 years of experience in Human Services, relevant certifications or the ability to obtain them, Pennsylvania ID/A and Medicaid Waiver experience, and experience with HRIS, SharePoint, and employee training delivery.
