Weyerhaeuser is hiring a Training Coordinator for its Dodson, Louisiana Lumber Facility. The hourly role reports to an area Superintendent and manages onsite training, new-hire orientation, contractor onboarding, maintenance training, training records, site databases, and training-policy alignment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of clerical support, manufacturing leadership, or safety experience, strong communication and safety-compliance skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel. SAP, Maximo, or other CMMS experience and prior manufacturing experience are preferred. The role may flow into production work and requires willingness to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.
