Anduril Industries is hiring an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Training Administrator to administer, coordinate, govern, and continuously improve the company’s EHS training program. The role develops and maintains training matrices, coordinates content with subject matter experts and instructional designers, assigns and tracks required training through a Learning Management System, maintains compliance records, supports audits, and improves training workflows. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, 3–5 years administering compliance or EHS training programs, LMS and regulated-environment experience, and strong analytical, documentation, communication, and project-management skills. The role offers a US salary range of $97,000–$129,000 and includes equity grants and benefits for full-time employees.
