Description
The Research & Development Training Specialist coordinates and delivers onboarding and training for new and existing employees in the R&D department. The role develops laboratory-based training plans and curricula, schedules training, reviews curriculum with Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Control, tracks attendance and performance, maintains records, and conducts training sessions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or relevant experience, at least two years of training management experience, laboratory experience, and familiarity with BSL-2 environments. The position offers an annual base salary of $67,900 to $101,000 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
