Description
The Training Developer will design and deliver online training programs, microcontent, and promotional videos focused on automotive compliance and technical subject matter. The role partners with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, creates multimedia content, manages multiple projects, and supports administrative tasks. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 1.5 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar tools, and familiarity with SCORM or xAPI. The position is mostly remote, with occasional in-person meetings, and offers an annual base compensation range of $65,000–$70,000 plus up to 10% bonus potential.
