The role involves developing technical training materials, producing multimedia assets, updating courses for product changes, applying training standards, and occasionally conducting training sessions. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of related experience or a master’s degree with three or more years, along with instructional design, multimedia, network engineering, and eLearning development knowledge.
