Summit Federal Services, LLC is hiring a mid/senior Training Developer to design and develop Army training products supporting Operational Contract Support. The role analyzes training needs, develops individual and collective training tasks, supports Critical Task and Site Selection Boards, creates interactive eLearning and IMI products, applies TRADOC standards, maintains workload data, and updates Army Logistics University course materials. The position is on site in Fort Lee, Virginia, with potential CONUS and OCONUS travel, and requires an active Secret clearance, a bachelor’s degree, 4–6+ years of military training development experience, TRADOC process experience, Articulate Storyline 360 or similar tool experience, and strong writing and instructional design skills.
