Description
The BACB is hiring a full-time Training Development Specialist to design and develop training programs, e-learning, PowerPoint and other training materials, job aides, manuals, assessments, and knowledge-base content. The role collaborates with subject-matter experts, establishes training metrics, supports needs assessments, maintains training records, prepares reports, and manages multiple projects. It requires a bachelor’s degree, certification, or equivalent experience, at least two years of relevant training-content-development experience, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, training platforms, and Adobe software. The position is based in the Littleton, Colorado office, is in-office Monday through Friday, and pays $65,650 annually.
