Description
Clarvida is hiring a full-time Training Director to oversee employee and foster parent training, manage the Relias Training System, and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and policies. The role is hybrid and remote from a home office, with travel to the Portland office for in-person training. Compensation starts at $65,000 annually, with additional pay available for bilingual candidates. Qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field and two or one year of experience in the care and treatment of children or young adults, respectively; training or experience in collaborative problem solving, peer support services, and trauma-informed care is preferred.
