APM is hiring a Training Facilitator – Employability Skills Training (EST) in Caboolture, Queensland. The role delivers tailored employability, job-readiness, and foundational skills training; provides one-on-one coaching; administers assessments and learner progress monitoring; designs training materials; and promotes the program through outreach, social media, networking events, and partnerships. Candidates should have experience in career counselling or career development training, use specialised assessment tools, and ideally hold or be progressing toward a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and includes a base salary, superannuation, discounted health insurance, and other employee benefits.
