Description
Empire is hiring an on-site, day-shift training instructor to deliver formal training programs for Caterpillar and Allied products, develop internal and external technician curricula, administer exams, maintain course documentation, and support client and employee training needs. The role requires knowledge of Trimble, Topcon, and other grade-control technologies, strong computer and communication skills, and the ability to work safely in a classroom environment. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, English communication ability, and at least five years of course-delivery experience are required; seven years of heavy-equipment-industry experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. The salary range is $70,379 to $119,855 annually.
