Dynamis is hiring a Training Instructor / Facilitator to deliver classroom, virtual, and blended training for the U.S. Marshals Service Asset Forfeiture Division. The role uses Government-approved curricula, adult learning principles, and interactive instructional methods to support diverse audiences, collaborates with government stakeholders and subject-matter experts, and provides feedback for curriculum improvement. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, with hybrid or telework arrangements subject to contract and Government approval, and requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and at least five years of relevant professional experience. The salary range is $70,000–$90,000.
