MCI is seeking a Training Lead to oversee the entire learning strategy and delivery experience for specialists. This role involves leading onboarding programs, facilitating various training formats, designing refresher sessions, partnering with the quality team to address knowledge gaps, ensuring access to updated resources, maintaining training materials, and measuring effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design, strong presentation and adult-learning facilitation skills, experience developing curricula, and proficiency with LMS platforms.
