Description
The Training Manager for the Fort Smith Motor Plant will develop and oversee the plant’s training and organizational development strategy, leading training programs, competency frameworks, learning systems, safety and compliance initiatives, and workforce readiness. The role manages the training function and team, tracks training analytics and return on investment, and partners with plant leadership and corporate functions to support operational excellence and business performance. It is an onsite position reporting to the Plant Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience or equivalent education and experience, along with 5+ years of training and development experience including 3+ years in a leadership role.
