Description
The Training Manager will coordinate and manage all hotel training activities at the Sofitel Cotonou Marina Hotel & Spa in Cotonou, Benin. The role develops annual training plans, collaborates with training partners and department trainers, manages budgets and training resources, oversees training programs and internships, evaluates performance, maintains training documentation, and supports the Director of Talents & Culture. The position requires a relevant university degree in Human Resources, Training, or a related field, significant training and development experience, instructional design knowledge, project management ability, strong communication skills, and IT proficiency; applications must be submitted exclusively in French.
