Forterra is hiring a Training Manager to lead company-wide training for autonomous ground vehicle operations within Customer Success. The role owns training strategy, curriculum development, delivery, materials, certification, customer enablement, program planning, quality metrics, and scalable training processes for internal personnel and external customers. Candidates need at least five years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or customer enablement, along with leadership, cross-functional, and complex-systems training experience. The position offers a US salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 plus equity and benefits.
