JCB is hiring a full-time Training Manager for its Savannah manufacturing operations in Pooler, Georgia. The role leads the plant-wide training strategy, develops manufacturing, onboarding, technical, leadership, and compliance programs, coaches trainers, designs and delivers training, maintains records and qualifications, and measures program effectiveness. It requires a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of relevant training or workforce-development experience, and at least two years of manufacturing or industrial experience. The position is onsite, offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, and requires a flexible schedule including Friday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., along with physical demands typical of a manufacturing environment.
