Mars Petcare is hiring a Training Manager for its Columbus, Ohio petfood manufacturing site. The role leads factory training and capability building through the Education & Training pillar and MSE/TPM methodologies, including classroom and on-the-job training, skill-gap analysis, compliance, training programs, a training center, digital learning, and team and budget management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of manufacturing or plant-operations experience, and at least three years in learning and development, with a Monday-to-Friday day shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 10%–20% travel. Starting pay is $89,000–$99,000, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, vacation, tuition reimbursement, disability, and parental leave benefits.
