Description
The Training Manager will lead the IAH Airport's learning and development strategy, including orientation, onboarding, safety, quality, hospitality, food and beverage, and leadership training. The role schedules and tracks training, manages the Certified Trainer Program and LMS, ensures regulatory compliance, coaches trainers and crewmembers, supports performance and career development, and collaborates with airport leadership and HR. It requires an associate degree, 3–4 years of hospitality operations, training, or HR experience, and a minimum of two terminal operational shifts per week.
