The role establishes training standards, manages training resources and content, develops custom technical programs, oversees training governance, and collaborates with functional managers, employees, and subject matter experts. It requires extensive related experience, a bachelor’s or master’s degree, training development and facilitation experience, and knowledge of learning management systems and authoring tools. The position offers a salary range of $85,100 to $127,700 and requires travel of 25% or less.
