Training Manager at Thunderbird Partnership Foundation

The Training and Education Manager will lead Thunderbird Partnership Foundation’s training and education work plan, oversee a team of training staff, develop and evaluate Indigenous mental wellness and addiction training curricula, coordinate stakeholder and community engagement, manage budgets and reporting systems, and support knowledge translation and policy initiatives. The role is based at the Delaware Nation office near Bothwell, Ontario, pays $101,567.05–$137,414.25, and requires a relevant PhD or master’s degree plus at least five years of training and education experience, or a relevant bachelor’s degree with significant experience.
