Service Measure is seeking a Training Manager to design, develop, execute, and oversee training programs for autonomous driving operations. The role covers driver and depot-operator training, safety and regulatory compliance, LMS and digital delivery, progress tracking, data reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, advanced instructional-design or process-improvement certification, at least three years of relevant training-program experience, and experience with LMS tools, Microsoft Office, Tableau, or Power BI.
