WORKRATE is seeking a Training Manager / Site Trainer to support the development of security and safety teams at a sensitive site with high operational requirements. The role involves delivering regulatory and operational training, designing and updating training materials, monitoring skills and assessments, conducting quality audits, reporting, and continuous improvement, and collaborating with operational and management teams. Candidates must have strong English and computer skills, CQP APS and a valid professional security license, at least five years of private security experience, excellent teaching and organizational skills, and SSIAP 2.
