The role oversees onboarding, regulatory, safety, equipment, and competency-based training; instructor performance; classroom and practical operations; training records, document control, learner throughput, program quality, and continuous improvement. It requires significant travel, strong leadership and operational management experience, and knowledge of adult learning, competency-based training, regulatory requirements, learning management systems, and emerging technologies.
