The Training Manager will lead and coordinate training operations across multiple Training Academies throughout the United States, overseeing onboarding, regulatory, safety, equipment awareness, and competency-based training. The role manages Academy scheduling, instructors, classrooms, equipment readiness, training records, document control, learner throughput, program quality, and continuous improvement, while supporting the development and modernization of training programs using AI and emerging technologies.
