SBI Card is hiring a training leadership professional to plan and execute nationwide training for Banca Sales and Collections NFTEs, manage training productivity and MIS, develop Train-the-Trainer programs, oversee new-hire orientation, content and learning initiatives, vendor operations, audits, regulatory and SOP adherence, and succession planning. The role supports approximately 22,000 NFTEs across India and requires training supervision experience, sales-effectiveness training design, middle-management product/process and behavioral training, coaching, and on-the-job training.
