Lyra Health is hiring a full-time Operations Associate II for its Provider Enablement team to manage high-volume therapist onboarding and training across 1099 and W2 provider networks. The role leads live and asynchronous training, administers WorkRamp, monitors EHR and technology onboarding, supports providers, identifies technical pain points, and collaborates with Clinical, Credentialing, and IT teams. It requires at least three years of relevant operations, provider relations, customer service, or enablement experience, Google Suite fluency, and project-management ability; a bachelor's degree is preferred. The anticipated annual base salary is $68,000 to $103,500, with medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, equity, paid time off, parental leave, and other benefits.
